Travel letter of Casey Albert Wood, 1923, November 12.

This letter was written while Wood was on a year-long stay in Fiji and other islands in the Pacific Ocean. In the letter, written from Suva, Fiji, Wood talks about the birds and plants he sees in the various islands, with a focus on Fiji. Casey Albert Wood, Canadian physician, was born in Wellington, Ontario, November 21, 1856. He was educated at Ottawa College Institute, Lennoxvllle University, and McGill University. He was a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Ontario. He practiced medicine in Montreal for some years .
